The Topeak BabySeat II with MTX 2.0 Rack is designed for bikes with 26”, 27.5” (650B), or 700c wheels and non-disc brakes only. A separate MTX 2.0 Rack model is available for disc-brake bikes. Designed for children up to 40 lbs (per ASTM F1625), the wrap-around seat structure creates a protective cocoon and features an adjustable shoulder harness with multiple height settings. An innovative suspension system helps cushion bumps and jolts for a more comfortable ride, while the integrated roll bar provides additional head protection and doubles as a carrying handle. Adjustable footrests and straps help keep small feet safely away from spinning wheels. The included heavy-duty rack features the BabySeat II attachment system, allowing the seat to be attached or removed without tools. Once the child seat is removed, the rack’s QuickTrack system is compatible with Topeak MTX TrunkBags, MTX rear baskets, and MTX 2.0 TrunkBags. When used without the child seat, the rack supports up to 60 lbs of cargo.
